You will receive a custom appliqued patchwork pillow cover AND a custom made pillowform made with muslin.  Best of all - the pillow cover is removable for easy cleaning!  I construct the pillow covers with an overlapping closure on the back side for easy removal! 

Pillow size will depend on number of letters in name.  A 5 letter pillow, using Curlz font is approximately 17" long by 10" tall.
